The Commercial Package

The KIMO commercial package is perfect for the business owner looking to create a space their clients can brag about. This service can be used for projects that require a full renovation or just minor enhancements that will make your space reflect your brand.

We begin this process with a discovery call that ensures we are a good fit for your project. Next, we complete a 1-hour on site consultation where we thoroughly review the space, discuss goals/needs and timelines. The third step is the official start of designing your space(s) and once approved, both procurement and any trade work will begin. Trades are scheduled and managed until completed and once all items have been delivered we will be begin to put the space(s) together.

Design fees start at $10 per sq. foot and can vary based on project size and scope, this cost does not include any furniture or materials. A minimum investment of $15,000 is required to cover furniture/materials and can increase based on scope of work and size of space(s) being designed.

Construction and additional trade budgets are separate and should be considered when determining your overall project budget.
