The Total Package

For those of you with a set it and forget it mentality, the total package is the service you’ve been looking for. While our full service design is hands-off for our clients, you can expect ongoing communication and frequent site visits throughout.

This service includes but is not limited to space & design planning, art selections, window treatments, furniture.  While we will consider using existing pieces, each space is designed with a blank canvas in mind, & we can not guarantee that original pieces will be used as it may compromise the design.

A minimum investment of $3,500 for design fees plus $10,000 for materials for each space being designed. This budget is required for each room/vignette you are requesting to be designed including projects that require a large space to be divided into multiple smaller areas.

Construction and additional trade budgets are separate and should be considered when determining your overall project budget.
